AcreAgent does NOT make outbound calls. All call data is from incoming calls only.
1.3 CRM Integration Data
When you integrate AcreAgent with your CRM, we collect:

CRM login credentials or API keys (encrypted and securely stored)

Lead data submitted to your CRM

Property details and seller information

Temporary lead records created by AcreAgent
We do NOT access, view, or store other data in your CRM beyond what is necessary to log new leads.

7. CALL RECORDING & CONSENT COMPLIANCE
7.1 Automatic Call Recording Notice
ALL INCOMING CALLS TO YOUR ACREAGENT NUMBER ARE AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED.
Every caller is automatically notified at the beginning of each call that the call is being recorded. This notice is provided by the AI voice system.
AcreAgent only handles inbound calls (people calling YOU). We do NOT make outbound calls.
By using AcreAgent, you acknowledge that:

All incoming call recording is enabled by default

Callers receive automatic verbal notice that calls are being recorded

Call recordings are used for quality assurance, training, and AI improvement
-
Call recordings are stored securely on our servers
7.2 Your Responsibility for Legal Compliance
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH CALL RECORDING LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
Federal law (one-party consent): Under federal law, you may record calls with the consent of just one party (you). However, some states require ALL parties to consent to recording ("two-party consent states").
If your specific state or jurisdiction requires additional verbal consent or other recording requirements beyond our automatic notice, please contact support@equinoxvoice.com to discuss your needs.
TCPA does NOT apply to AcreAgent: The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulates outbound robocalls and auto-dialers. Since AcreAgent ONLY answers incoming calls and does NOT make outbound calls, TCPA restrictions do not apply to AcreAgent's operations.
However: If YOU conduct outbound marketing (cold calling, robocalls, auto-dialers) to generate the inbound calls that AcreAgent answers, YOU remain responsible for TCPA compliance in YOUR marketing activities.
YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY for compliance with call recording laws. We provide automatic notice as a baseline, but you must ensure it meets your specific legal requirements.
