This Privacy Policy describes how Equinox Solutions collects, uses, and safeguards information when providing the Services.

1. Information Collected

  • Call metadata (time, duration, outcome)

  • Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries

  • Client onboarding and account information

  • Usage and system performance metrics

2. Use of Information

Information is used solely to:

  • operate and maintain the Services

  • provide dashboards and reports

  • support billing and usage tracking

  • improve system reliability and performance

We do not sell client data.

3. Data Roles

  • Client is the Data Controller

  • Equinox Solutions is the Data Processor / Service Provider

Data is processed only in accordance with Client instructions and these policies.

4. Data Retention

  • Data may be retained for up to 90 days unless otherwise agreed

  • Clients are responsible for exporting data prior to termination

  • Deleted accounts may permanently lose access to stored data

5. Security

Equinox implements commercially reasonable safeguards, including:

  • access controls

  • client-level data segregation

  • encrypted data in transit

No system is completely secure.

6. Third-Party Providers

Equinox relies on third-party providers (telecom, AI, CRM, hosting).
Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices.

7. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
