Built Specifically for Land Investors
AcreAgent wasn't built by a generic AI company looking for a vertical. It was built by someone who watched the same problem kill deals — again and again — and got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it.
I Built This Because I Saw the Problem Up Close
I spent years working with real estate investors — watching them spend thousands per month on direct mail, cold outreach, and list acquisition, only to miss half the seller calls that came in. Not because they didn't want to pick up. Because they were in the field, in a meeting, or just physically couldn't be available every time a motivated seller decided to call.
Land investing, specifically, has a window problem. A seller calls because something triggered them — an inheritance, a tax bill, a life event. That window might be 48 hours. If you don't answer, or if you answer badly, the deal is dead. They move on. They don't call back.
I watched investors lose deals not because their offers weren't competitive — because nobody picked up the phone.
The Two Problems That Kept Killing Deals
The first problem is availability. Voicemail is a conversion killer. In land, a seller who gets voicemail almost never leaves a message and almost never calls back. The deal just disappears. Investors know this — they talk about it constantly — but the alternatives are expensive, unreliable, or both.
The second problem is quality. The VAs and call centers that exist aren't built for land. They don't know what an APN is. They don't know why county matters more than city. They ask the wrong questions in the wrong order, miss critical fields, and leave investors cleaning up inconsistent intake data. I've seen operators spend two hours cleaning up a single call's intake data. That's not a system — that's just moving the work around.
Every solution I found either solved one problem or neither. Nothing solved both.
So I Built the Tool That Should Already Exist
AcreAgent is a purpose-built voice intake agent for land investors. Not a generic GHL workflow dressed up as AI. Not a phone tree with a friendly voice. A real conversational agent trained on land investor workflows, with the domain knowledge to handle whatever a seller throws at it — and the CRM integration to push clean, structured data into your pipeline automatically.
It knows what an APN is and how to ask for it naturally. It knows to get the state before the county. It knows that "how long have you had it" is a better question than "what's your timeline." It knows how to handle a seller who wants to talk before answering questions — and how to redirect gently without losing the call.
Every feature exists because a land investor told me they needed it. That's how this gets built — workflow by workflow, from the people actually doing deals.
Every Land Investor I Showed It To Wanted In
I started showing early versions to investors I knew. The reactions were all some variation of the same thing: "I've been looking for exactly this. When can I use it?" Not because it was impressive technology — because it solved a real problem they felt every single week.
Operators who were spending $1,500 a month on VAs for call coverage switched because AcreAgent was both more reliable and a fraction of the cost. Investors who had tried generic AI tools and given up switched because those tools didn't understand their business. In every case, the thing they cared about most was simple: did it actually work on a real call with a real seller?
It did. Sellers don't hang up. The data comes through clean. Deals that would have gone to voicemail don't disappear anymore.
The Mission
AcreAgent is the first product under the Equinox Voice umbrella. We're building voice AI infrastructure specifically for real estate operators — land first, because that's where the need is most acute and where we can go deepest.
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're not chasing generic AI trends or pivoting toward whatever vertical looks attractive this quarter. We're building the best possible voice intake system for land investors — and as that system matures, we'll bring the same standard to adjacent verticals that have the same problems.
No distraction. No scope creep. Just getting very, very good at the thing we said we'd do.
See it on a real call.
