Secure webhook connection

If your CRM or automation system can send AcreAgent’s supported webhook format, you can connect it without changing the way you manage your leads.

What’s a webhook?

A webhook is just a secure way for one system to send information to another. AcreAgent gives you the connection address; your CRM or automation system sends information to it. You don’t need to understand the technical details to check whether your system can use one.

Where the connection comes from

Connecting another CRM is simpler than it sounds.

The webhook URL comes from AcreAgent. You copy the connection details from CRM Settings, then add them to the system that will send information to AcreAgent.

  1. 01

Get your connection link from AcreAgent

In AcreAgent, go to Settings → CRM Integrations and choose Connect another CRM. AcreAgent creates your secure webhook URL and one-time signing secret.

  2. 02

Open your CRM or automation settings

Look for an area called Automations, Workflows, Webhooks, HTTP Requests, or something similar.

  3. 03

    Paste in the AcreAgent connection

Add the AcreAgent URL and required connection details to the sending system. Once AcreAgent accepts a valid event, your connection activity will appear in CRM Settings.

What should I look for in my CRM?

Inside your CRM, look for settings named something like:

Automations · Workflows · Webhooks · HTTP Request · API / Integrations

Not every CRM can send the webhook format AcreAgent requires. If you’re not sure, tell us what CRM you use and we’ll help determine the available connection path.

If you don’t see anything like this, use Check My CRM and we’ll evaluate it.

Questions customers ask

Know what to expect before setup.

You don’t need to understand the connection technology to find out whether your workflow is a fit.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

No. AcreAgent is designed to work alongside your existing workflow where a supported connection is available.

What if my CRM isn’t listed?

Tell us what you use. If your system supports AcreAgent’s secure webhook connection, it may be connectable without waiting for a dedicated integration.

Where do I get the webhook?

AcreAgent generates the webhook URL for you inside Settings → CRM Integrations. You then add that URL to the CRM or automation system that will send information to AcreAgent.

What if I can’t find webhook settings in my CRM?

Use Check My CRM. We can help determine whether your current system has a compatible connection option.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not necessarily. AcreAgent provides the connection details and setup instructions. Some CRM setups may require help from whoever manages your automations.

Does AcreAgent replace my CRM?

No. AcreAgent handles seller conversations and structured lead capture. Your CRM can remain the place where you manage leads and deals.

Third-party product names are used only to identify compatibility. AcreAgent is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party CRM providers unless expressly stated.
