This helps us improve the website and the Service. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and does not personally identify individual visitors.

Advertising and Measurement Technologies. Land-investor marketing pages may use the Meta Pixel for browser events and the Meta Conversions API for corresponding server-side events. Meta may receive event information used for attribution, measurement, and advertising purposes subject to applicable settings and consent requirements. Browser and server events use event deduplication so one action is not counted twice.

The Meta Conversions API is server-side and does not itself place a browser cookie, but it can receive information associated with browser events. We do not send call recordings or call transcripts to Meta for advertising measurement.
